Dell Venue 8 Android 4.4. freezes after starting
I've just installed a new battery on my Dell Venue 8,
1. i turn it on,
2. it starts with logo as usually, then i see Android desktop,
3. about 2 seconds later i hear some special camera's sound - kind of click
4. one second's later appears second sound of camera "click" and the tablet becomes frozen and a few seconds later it starts rebooting
How to fix it? Please help me.

The problem is resolved. As i mentioned in my problem's description i tried to turn on the tablet after battery replacement, and my great fault was that i tried to do that while my tablet was disassembled, i mean without its back case. So, my problem immediately disappeared after assembling the tablet.
Conclusion: don't try to turn on the tablet without its back case.
