Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830 Locked

Recently got a Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830...

When turning it on, it loads up, show the Dell logo, goes straight to an auto Windows User Login faster than I can read the user name...and loads itself into what I think is a program. The only thing you can see is a picture and company logo "VisibleBrands". I can move the image around, but can't swipe the menu bar. I can go back to the login screen, but can't log back in to any account.

I have loaded into the BIOS to change the boot device to the MicroSD, but that option is not available apparently.
I turned the safe/secure boot off, and made sure all other devices/connections, and USB boot are enabled. (No USB connections on this).

I have tried to go to the auto repair, but once at that screen, it is as if the system freezes.

I have also tried to put a MASTER SYSTEM PASSWORD reset disk (SDCard) in, but no matter how the card is formatted, it says it isn't a password reset disk.

Dell  told me they have no clue, and want me to send it in,
Any ideas?
