Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet frozen since "working on updates"
I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet, model # 5830. For the past 2 days (since I was last able to use it), it's been stuck with "Working on updates 100% complete Don't turn off your computer" written on the screen. I can't even turn it off. What can I do? Please help!

Try a very long press on the power button. That should shut it off. Wait a few seconds and press it again if you want to force a reboot, which is what it was probably trying to do, or just wait and see if it restarts by itsef to complete any updates. If it doesn't, just press the power button to start it normally.
