Dell Venue Pro 11 5130/32Bit Charger Loose USB Socket Complaint
Purchased a Dell Venue Pro 11 5130/32Bit and overall am happy with it. The new windows interface is frustrating (where do I .....) but I am learning. My complaint is that the charger and USB connection is loose and wiggly. That being said the tablet doesn't charge unless you get it "just right". Hey Dell, how do we correct this?

I know exactly what you are saying about the wiggly USB to weak little connector tab plug in my Dell Venue. Almost from day one, this has been a problem. Dell should send everyone a new cable - it is the most annoying problem to have. Otherwise I can't set up a local printer - go figure you'd think we got the software for free or something.
