Dell XCD35 Speaker Issue( Dell is losing its costumer)

Hi ,

I am Raghunath, I bought DELL XCD35 on 24/sept/2011 from Sangeetha Jayanagar Bangalore. and within 5 Days Speaker stopped working

and i went to their service center in bangalore, JC Road, and they told DELL XCD35 mobile has to be replaced this is on 30/sept/2011 and from then on i am following. and till today(i.e 27/oct/2011) i have not got any replacement and their is no answer from Dell service center. This is the way DELL Works??? i am very ashamed for selecting DELL.
