Dell streak 7 stuck in Logo screen

Is there no Dell person who has an answer to this issue?   I have been looking everywhere.  My Dell Streak 7 just sits in the logo screen.  I have reset it using the pin hole near the sim card.   I have tried everything i can from the manual. All of the customer requests in the support queue regarding this issue have been left unanswered By the Dell support team.  Does anyone have an answer?   Help!
