Dell venue 8 pro 3845 inverted touch screen

I had to get a new mainboard for this tablet and once fitted and started up I noticed that the screen touch inputs were inverted. Booted to bios just to make sure and still the same.

What I have seen online is there are 2 versions of the touch screen. The mainboard must be able to be flashed with the correct firmware for the touch screen.

Any help would be much appreciated as my daughter is distraught and nagging like mad about it.
