Dell, it i s sad when NEW devices with around the same specs as the DS7 are coming out With HC and you cannot seem to get the update out. Where is that "Award Winning Support"?
Bought a streak 7 on August 12th. At the time, Dell did not tell me there was a delay in shipping, but two days later updated the arrival time for my s7 to Sept 1st. This morning I got an email from Dell stating that my order was delayed once again until Sept 16th. I chatted with a customer service rep that told me that there were "engineering changes" happening and that was why everything was delayed. If this is for a honeycomb upgrade, I would think they would be able to do this in less than 5 weeks. Anyone else heard anything?
