I need help fast- Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830
Hi all, I really need help right now. I upgraded to Windows 10 32-bit on my Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830 Tablet and accidentally deleted the recovery partition. Windows 10 does not work well at all. I really need the original dell image of Windows 8.1 32-bit. I tried the Dell OS Recovery Tool, but there is no image available for the tablet. If anyone could help it would be a huge help.
Cheers,
Lewis

I think I actually do have the recovery partitions, if yes how can I restore? I'm on a non-Dell OEM copy of Windows 10. I have the following partitions: C:\ (Windows), Disk 0 partition 1 (EFI System Partition), Disk 0 partition 2 (OEM partition), Disk 0 partition 4 (Recovery Partition 1) (750 MB), and Disk 0 partition 6 (Recovery partition 2) (453 MB). but all of them except C:\ have 100% space free. If anybody has a Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830 with Windows 8.1 32-bit can you make recovery media for me?

If I could help you, I would. I’ve got the same model, upgraded to Windows 10, and have no complaints about the performance, only recently installed the May 2020 upgrade. I would not be still using this tablet if I found the performance under Windows 10 slow, and I’m used to much faster equipment, so I’m not quite sure what performance problems you’re dealing with.
The thing is I deleted the partition backup; didn’t need it as I used Windows 10 to create a backup image of the tablet on an external drive after moving on from Windows 8.1 way back, but like I said in the beginning, if I had it, I would have uploaded it somewhere for you to have access to it. Just hope, for your sake, someone, somewhere still has this to help you get back to where you want to get to.

I’m sure you’ve searched everywhere, but I’ll do my own search and see if I can find it for you. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. Best of luck.

@RScott1Thank you. I really hope someone will have it. The only solution I could think of is if someone made a recovery media for me.
