Importing pictures problem.
Hello,
Im having an issue I am trying to import my pictures to my dell but it wont let me, it keeps on saying no videos or pictures found on this iphone but there is photos in the iphone, I think this problem is caused because I clicked auto import before and I cant undo it because I don't know how.

We always encounter some problems with such issue, I think an free iOS transfer tool will make things easier.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
We can only suggest you to check if itunes installed on the system and using Itunes you will be able to import/export files(pictures,music etc )

Robin, any word on the Secure Boot/BitLocker issue, which bricks the tablet/stops it from starting appropriately? This issue is close to 2 weeks old now, with bricked DV8Ps--and no word whatsoever from Dell.
