No Google Talk?!?
Is there a legit way to get google talk on my phone. I am baffled that it is not on it nor can I get it from At&t's Market.

Are you talking about Google's IM program or Google Voice (for phone forwarding and voicemail)?
If Google Talk it's already imbedded and labeled as "Messages" and not "Google Talk". Your Google contacts are automatically ported from your GMail account into "Messages" my GF and i use this to chat. If Google Voice you may to download that app.
