Support for Dell Venue Pro
Hi,
Since Dell stopped manufacturing and selling this phone, I have a question.
Will be provided support for it? I mean new firmware and upgrsde to Windows 8 in future.
Or is it possible to provide tool to made custom firmwares for this device?
Because many users stuck with 7720 firmware, which not perfect.

Support? Yes, but new firmware and upgrades? I don't think so.

It is not very good news :( Because device is hard locked and there is no choise to install custom firmware.
I love Dell devices, bu sometimes looks loke Dell hate their customers.

Hi, same problem. I have Venue pro - best HW phone for me. But without SW support (new firmware/updates) is useless..... it is shame :(
