I'm wondering the same thing too. Its been what, six months? Seriously...can Dell issue some sort of real, public statement about what we should do with these devices that seem to only work properly 75% of the time?

75??? More like 50% for me.
It was supposed to be used for work... The radio is so terrible I can't even get a signal over 2 bars on Edge... if I'm lucky when indoors. This is basically a replacement for my Zune :-/

I have given up on mine It's in the basement I went back to my nokia I have full bars with my nokia anyware in my house even in the basement and with the DVP i have 2 to none figure that out.
