My 7130 was working fine for a while after a WIN10 update then at some point the USB decided that it wasn't going to be compatible with the travel keyboard. When the machine is docked with the keyboard, the USB is completely dead, undock the keyboard and the USB comes to life. Very odd, Dell diagnostics don't find any issues, all updates applied and nada!
Any help would be appreciated...this is really getting on my nerves!
Currently thinking this is a completely shoddy product. Not powerful enough for productivity (throttled?), couldn't manage a game of CIV5 with all settings low, seems to be a stupidly expensive media player (as long as you don't want to connect media via USB and dock with keyboard at the same time) and web browsing device.
Feeling pretty gutted I spent so much on this thing!!!
Still no response from Dell Support...way to go with your *** products and support.
Last time I buy a Dell product.
