Venue Pro 11 7139 - touch screen fuction lost
My 7139 Pro touch screen functionality suddendly lost.
The device works but touch funcionality not.
I've tried:
-complete re-drivers
-complete reinstallation (Win 8 / 10)
not helps. The machine is almost new -however the warranty expired- but not used during his lifetime....

Hello Akshatha,
I managed to get downgraded to A09. The link was broken at DELL site for the Panel Touch Firmware on Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130/7139 Version 1.0.5, A02 6/26/2014

but I found the file on other site: 7130_Firmware_5D22V_WN_1.0.5_A02.EXE

Error message is: Unable to locate a Synaptics Touch Controller.
I have one I2C HID device marked!
