Venue Pro 11 Slim Keyboard not working

I have a Venue 5130 Pro with a slim keyboard, but it does not work at all, not even in bios. I've verified that the keyboard is functioning because i have another Venue 5130 and it does work both in bios and during normal use. My bios are already up to date, so I really don't know what else could be wrong.
