Venue Pro 8: using charger with slightly higher voltage and current?
I've just bought an used Dell Venu Pro 8 tablet running Windows 8.1. The seller didn't have the original charger so he gave me an Apple 12W charger which had output rating at 5.2V and 2.4A
Is this ok to use this charger for my tablet? Any potential problem in the long run?
Thanks!

I'm 99.9% sure that the voltage is OK. As far as the current rating goes, that's often misunderstood. The current rating on a charger or power supply is the maximum that the charger/power supply is capable of supplying. It could be rated at a zillion amps, but the device connected to it will only draw what it requires.
