Very bad experience with DELL

I had a very bad experience with DELL mobile phone. I have purchased XCD28 from SH Mumtazuddin Times P Ltd, Kolkata, India on 04/02/11 which gets restart automatically when complaint was lodged after taking a month time and persuasion got replacement but the replaced handset had the inherit problem. When contacted again the service center told they don't have stocks. Till date neither got replacement nor getting any other model even agreeing to pay the differential amount. These are conditions of products and even worst after sales services of "DELL". I would therefore, request everyone not to buy DELL products.
