I downloaded WizTree to find out what what's consuming so much of the drive space on my Venue 8 Pro.
There is a folder called System Restore that's on my tablet, but doesn't exist on my Dell Desktop. It's over 11 GB (33.4% of the drive).

Quite looking! I found the answer here: www.windows10forums.com/.../
The short story is, that folder belongs to Dell Backup and Recovery. I uninstalled it, the folder went away, and I got my drive space back..

I guess I should have expanded that a little so you can see what's in it:

Congratulations on finding the result! I had tried Dell's Backup and Recovery years ago but abandoned it, as too big a space hog for a tablet with such limited space as the DV8P--glad I gave it up . . . .
