When????

Not sure, supposedly from Streak Smart they said that a Dell rep confirmed the OTA update would happen the week of January 12th. I'm getting fed up with AT&T.

OK...Just bought the streak last weekend...sort of an impulse buy at 99.99 minus a "manager's" discount.  However, started nosing around online and got a little nervous that the update (promised by the salesclerk) was never really going to materialize.  So, I just spoke with customer service about my concerns.  Was told that the update for AT&T users began rolling out today but it would go in waves so as not to overload AT&T's network,  Hmmm.  Perhaps I can buy that.  Anyway, was told could take up to three to four weeks for everyone to update.  If it takes the longest, I will probably return before my 30 days.  Haven't been real impressed with what I have read about customer service.  I will say, that after being passed around 4 times...the girl I finallly spoke was very informative.
