dell venue 8 ipad.

Question

I got a virus on my ipad and decided to put it back to factory settings as there is no restore to use. The pad went ahead and did what it was supposed to do, it came back on showed me licensing agreement, took my internet info and then it said now set up your account. I cannot get it to go beyond this point. There is a spinning icon, indicating to wait, but now it is stuck on that. I have no way to do anything to it to make it go forward. I am getting very frustrated. No matter what i do it goes back to that same message. Any ideas??

Good luck in getting it going! I don't know the answer, but you might want to call Dell tech. support. Do note, though: the Dell Venue 8 Pro isn't an 'ipad'--that's Apple's products. Rather, it's a tablet or PC or computer . . . .

OH i didn't know that, thanks for letting me know. I was trying to avoid an entire evening on the phone, but i guess that's not going to be possible. Thanks for your response!
