streak 5 wi-fi connectivity problem

i bought brand new streak 5 ( android vers: 2.2.2, base band and OEM vers: GAUSB1A135700, build :16864), after a week later i lost wi-fi connectivity. when i click the Wi-Fi button , streak 5 waits ~ 10 seconds and an "error" message display. (settings/wireless&networks/wi-fi settings/wi-Fi) to recover the wi-fi i did followings; factory data reset (from privacy settings factory reset (from boot menu) SD card format new SD card after those i tried up/downgrade from update.pkg file (from SD card). but i'm receiving following error when try the upgrade from Update.pkg file from SD card. """ assert failed less_than_int 1291344359..... getprop ro.build.data.utc .... error in sdcard/update.pkg.rec""" is there anybody out there to help me with this problem before I return the phone back to the supplier? thanks in advance acetin
