Unfortunately I found myself very badly on my first purchase of your brand, I bought a new Dell Streak 5 in a center in Venice (Unieuro), and inside the box there isn't neither the charger nor the case and even the instruction book . to make matters worse now the smartphone has problems to display! How is it that one of the world's best brands like Dell these unfortunate incidents happen?
