Hi @BobbyScore,

From what you posted and from what I can see as your Dell Community status matches in both places.  The underlying HTML in the hyperlink from the e-mail also comes back to a legitimate Dell.com site as well.  If you're ever unsure of your Dell Community status you can click your avatar logo in the top right and when the profile page loads at the top will be a banner with all your awards and overall standing in the forums.

Looks legit to me. There's no request for you to do anything and your profile says the same thing indicated in the email.
