In UNITY 400f,we are getting automatic refresh of contract data failed issue.
so ports 80,9443,443 have opened.but still we are facing this issue
Please give the information to do further proceedings.
which Firmware Version is deployed on Unity?
There is an issue on releases prior to 4.1.0.
I have had the same issue on a Unity System. The reason was, that Unity is not directly connected to the internet. It is connected to an ESRS/VE.
Since 4.1.0, there is a possibility to name a proxy server to directly connect Unity to the Internet for checking contract data.
Configure the internet and a DNS server that can resolve correctly. Refer KB 486476 for an idea, even if you don't want to use ESRS.
As ferdi said, you can use proxy too with 4.1.x onwards very easily.
