NDMP back of Replicated destinations NAS Server
We have 2 Unity. Set up the replication (Async). The Plan to take the back from destination. The NDMP throws an error status 99.
The DR unity is connected directly with the Back up server.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

should work
did you configure an interface of type "backup / DR test" ?
Otherwise your dst NAS server wont have any active interfaces to talk to your NDMP backup server
be sure to upgrade to the very latest code - there have been some bugs fixed in that area

Yes, the Back up was configured using the Interface with Backup/DR test. I doubt an issue with Read only on Nas Server and F/S. As it's replicated from the source the destination would be a Read only mode. But no document on Unity address the same.
