On our old Celerra NS-120, I could specify a SMB/CIFS share name with a mix of upper case an lower case, and that's what we see on Windows when we look at what is being shared in Windows Explorer, e.g., \\<server name>
But in this new Unity 400, I shared a folder I created on the top-level of the filesystem, and put in an all-caps share name, but it shows up as all lower case. And that is not helpful, as share names are somewhat meaningful.
I see that filesystem shares match the filesystem name, including upper and lower case letters.
So, what gives with the Unity, anyone know anything? We have the latest version of software, 188.8.131.5257522, that EMC recommends.
