Link snapvx
We want to backup snapvx using netbackup.
I created snapvx and created link. Those linked devices I added to storage group, mapped and masked those luns to netbackup server attached to tape drive. netbackup server is logged into fabric, logged into FA, but linux server (netbackup server) is not able to see those snapvx linked devices.
What am I doing wrong ??

BTW, what commands you use to link the devices (snapvx commands). also what commands do you use to establish before linking the devices?
Is this VMAX3 or VMAX AFA??? what netbackup version and what is the OS version of Linux????
Please post this above info.

what kind of devices/operating system did you snapshot/linked ?

since its linux host, hope you issued command to scan scsi host bus (HBA port)
