Slow Timefinder full restore performance during clone full est
I noticed that when I do a Timefinder mirror full restore of Std-Bcv devices in a device file ( Symmir -sid # -file file1 restore -full) it runs at normal rate however, When I issue a timefinder clone full establish command on different std-std devices in a device file ( Symclone -sid # -file file2 establish -full ) The timefinder full restore rate crawls to a rate of almost 0Mb/s while the clone full establish runs almost at regular rate.Do timefinder clone operations have priority over mirror operations,to explain the degradation above? Any insight into this would be appreciated.
My platform is VMAX-1 with microcode 5875,ECC6.1 with all services running on one Windows 2008 Server SP2 server. The first set of standard devices above are in a separate storage pool of fiber channel drives while the second set of standard devices are in two storage pools, one contains fiber channel drives and the other sata drives. The bcv devices are in the sata drive storage pool.

There has never been true TF mirror in VMAX. All TF mirror commands are translated into clone commands internally. So a TF mirror establish/restore or a TF Clone establish/restore to the same devices will perform the same operations internally.
