i'am searching for statements/recommendations how to use or not to use VMAX250 data compression together with Windows NTFS deduplication. I have read already: Understanding VMAX Compression
compression and deduplication are totally different things. VMAX250F doesn't deduplicate but just compress only. This compression is transparent to hosts. I never tried windows dedulp yet but I believe they can working together well.
