Storage Failover without SRM
Folks,
I´m looking for a smart way of bringing my VMs up and running in the second datacenter after a datacenter or storage outage in the first one.
Used storage is a VNX with MV/S.
Please, and don´t ask why, don´t mention SRM as the answer :-)
My idea would be some Powershell-Script to unregister the VMs at the failed vSphere-Cluster-Part, then run through all failed over datastores and register all unregistered VMs...
Is there something similar available?
Or are there any other ideas / hints?
Thanks a lot
Markus

Hi
Sorry to hear my blog was down. Was it just the download or the whole site? I just tried myself and had no issues downloading
If you still can't download, do sent me an e-mail or reply in the comment section of my blog, I will e-mail you the files.
Regards
Gabrie

Hi Gabrie,
the blog itself was available. Was just the download but a couple of minutes later it worked fine!
Thanks so far!

Markus
