Best practice NS-960 cache settings when using FAST Cache

Can anyone tell me what the best practice cache setting should be for an NS-960 when FAST Cache is enabled?  Once enabling FAST Cache I cannot use the previous best practice setting for read and write cache mix and cannot find what the recommended setting is when using FAST Cache.
