Connect to VNXe 3200 directly

Hi all, apparently for one of my rack, all the network equipments have been removed. I will need to connect to the VNXe 3200 directly from my laptop on-site.

1) If I were to connect to the management port of the VNXe, i should be able to reach the static management ip address direclty over browser  ?

2) Will putty also work from the management port ?
