ESI not updating Array code level

Hi, I'm running some VNX 5500s and 5700s in separate environments, connecting to separate ESI servers, which in turn connects to SCOM.  I have recently updated the array code level from 32.216 to 219.  ESI still reports 216.  Is there a way to update this which does not involve removing and re-adding the array?

Thanks.

Re: ESI not updating Array code level

Hi, you meant when you type:

naviseccli -h spa_ip -user XXXX -password XXXX -scope 0 getagent

to get version or in unisphere GUI?

Re: ESI not updating Array code level

Hi Ybfx,

No I mean when I go into ESI (v3.9) it reports the array version as 216, not 219.  This is then reflected in SCOM as well.  It looks like ESI is not communicating properly with the array.

Thanks.

Re: ESI not updating Array code level

I'd recommend opening a case for ESI to see if they can help with this.
