NFS share not accessible to Windows 2016 server

We have an ongoing issue with an NFS share we have on a VNX5600. Share is accessible to our old automation Windows 2012 R2 server whereby it had and still has the ability to delete files on the NFS share. We have replaced our automation server with a Windows Server 2016, this server can view the files on the NFS share, however cannot add, delete or modify files. IP address was added to root host and access host via EMC Unisphere. We are currently under contracted support with EMC for our 5600 but no one has been able to figure out the issue. EMC pointed to Microsoft as the problem and after many support calls with them they pointed back to EMC. Not sure where to go at this point and was hoping the EMC community may have a solution.
