Replacing 1Gb/s IO modules with 10Gb/s IO modules
Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a procedure to replace IO Modules with different IO Modules type.
In particular, a customer want to change the 4x1Gbit/s with a 2x10Gbit/s in a VNXe3150.
I didn't find a procedure, but I know that there are similar procedure for the VNX, so i would check if there is a chance on VNXe.
Bye

The following links to VNXe3150 resources provides the information you are looking for. Your VNXe3150 system must be running VNXe OE 2.3 or later for you to upgrade the I/O modules. Also, you must upgrade the I/O module in each Storage Processor (SP) during this process.
