Unable to connect with control station 0 on vnx 5200
I am trying to connect my labtop with CS0 via direct cable but unable to connect, either able to ping cs0 mgmt port. List IP details on serial console.
help me and guide me to to resolve this issue.

Did you use a crossover cable?

Yes I tried cros over cable as well but unable to success. also extend mgmt cable and terminate on mgmt lan but still not successful.
can you share the connectivity guide so that i can verify the mgmt port connectivity with DM and SP A and SP B
I am able to ping SP A port directly, we use customer provided patch cable is this OK or we have to use EMC cables.

Are you able to connect to the Control Station using the LAN, not your laptop?
