Unable to enter in GUI
Hi Team,
I hope you all are doing fine. With reference to the subject, i have initialized new VNX5300 Unified Box. Initialization was successfully done. Now when i try to login using GUI interface via IE & Firefox it won't allow to enter in GUI. When i enter IP address of Control Station to access it, it asks me to enter login name and password after entering login details starting services image appears and no further activity appears.
I can access VNX5300 via CLI.
Please assist.....

i had this issue as well, only after unsuccessful attempt of changing SPA/SPB ip addresses. Had to get support involved and in my case it was something domain related that had to be reconfigured.
