There are 1483 LUNs currently and average size of symdev is 10GB.  I need to provision 2TB storage, taking future expansion into consideration, I want to provide large size Symmetrix devices.

What are the LUN size limits and  recommendations please? I did try to find support matrix but the website was very slow.

Hi,

You can use the standard sizes 16GB,32GB,64GB,128GB .

For 2TB=16*128GB will serve the purpose i,e 16 device meta and meta member size 128 GB .
