VNX Dump File Transfer keeps failing
EMC is working on an issue with our VNX7500. They have asked me to download the dump files
""">>"These DUMP files can also be attached by the customer, CE is not required for it.
The path of the file is:
C:\dumps\SPA_APM00125024319_32f080_07-15-2015_00-20-05.dmp.zip.<<""""
and attach to the service request. I've tried to download the requested file however the file transfer keeps failing.
I am using the SPCollect File Transfer GUI per Unisphere to collect the Dump Files. Can someone educate me about why this keeps failing? I have plenty of free space and tried multiple download paths. Same results "FAILED".

Sounds a little like the bug in early Rel 32

i have yet to figure out why it's doing that from Unisphere but it works fine from the CLI
naviseccli -h managefiles -retrieve

Just to dog pile on this, I have never been able to successfully grab dump files from the GUI. The CLI seems to be the only way that works. USM seems to be 50/50 on get SPCollects, but dump files? Never worked.
