VNX-F warranty and support for faulty drives

Hi,

I'm evaluation a DELL Compellent AFA.

I've found that they don't replace a faulty SSD drive in case it reaches the end of its "rated life period".

My question is: do EMC replace faulty SSD drives on a VNX-F in any case?

(I now it's true for XtremIO, not sure for VNX-F).
