VNX5700 (unified) SP unable to boot to Utility partition

Hi dears, 

i have a VNX5700 (unified) and i'm facing a lot of problem with,

when i login to VNX unispherer all filestorage options are grayed out i tried to refuse the block and file systems again using the KB articles i found in dellemc official support site and forums but no success so i believed that the solution for this is to re-image the array.

of course i'm following the DellEMC procedure which is generated from Solve, unseat SPB, reboot SPA and type "Ctrl+C" throught the POST and the password "recover" after the "System Failure" message after that the SP boot to the utility partition but it hangs on the precheck and stays there forever.

and after that nothing happened.

from my personal experience i did a reimage for a vnx5500 recently and when it's get to the Management Port Discovery it show Management port 0 but in this case it show not Found.

i believe this is the cause of the problem but i dont know how to resolve it, even i tried replacing the management module with a new one but no progress at all. 

i tried to do the same procedure but with SPB but it wont boot and show error message that MBR partition is not valid.

can you please help me resolve this issue is there any one experience such a problem?
