VNXe3150 Factory Default Question

Hello,

I have obtained an VNXe3150 for our LAB and decided to factory reset it to start from scratch. I put both SP A and SP B into service mode and and RE-Initialzed them to bring it back to factory defaults. Upon rebooting the SP Fault lights blink Amber/Blue indicating a MGMT IP address hasn't been assigned. However, the Auto-Discover feature will not work with the VNXe Connection Utility or the Unity Connection utility. I also tried the manual USB way with a USB formatted in FAT32 on USB 2.0 and 3.0 thumb drives. My last effort was to see if i can connect to the SOL port. When i assign myself to the appropriate subnet 128.221.1.x i am unable to ping .252 or 253. Is there any other way to assign an MGMT IP to this other than what was previously tried?

I dont have the Micro DB-9 adapter as of right now but, plan on purchasing one off of eBay to see if that works.
