The replication jobs are failures in replication manager , I have this error message :
Replication Manager cannot create the replica because rotation is full and none of the existing replicas could be deleted.
I tried to cancel the current job that does not work :
What is the procedure to do to fix it please ?
The replica is failing because the previous replica cannot be expired. The problem is caused by the Replication Manager Solid Database reporting the status of the job as still running when it is not.
To address this problem requires the assistance of EMC to edit the Replication Manager Solid Database. Contact the EMC Customer Support Center for technical assistance.
Yes I agree with Sunil, please open a SR with Support team. This will require manual intervention to correct by support as the VNXe does not allow root for customer use.
