easy way to display consumed capacity

I am looking for a simple command line or set of instructions to give remote administrators of VNX systems so that they can report back to me stats such as RAW capacity, usable capacity, ideally split by block storage and file storage but it is OK if all bundled together.

I'm not an administrator so normally just see stats off management tools that sit on top of the array, but on this occasion need to provide guidance to others in order to get useful information back from them.
