Change email destination Call Home/Events

Dear all,

our VPLEX sends emails to these recipients:

  • l***.d***@i***.it
  • c***.c***@d***.com
  • l***.c***@d***.com

I verified the ConnectEMC_config.xml but none of these addresses is present.

Where I can edit the recipients written above?

Hi Jacopo - You can make the necessary edits in the file ConnectEMC_config.xml file in the section of that file titled “ ”. Please review and follow the steps in KBA 486332, https://suppport.emc.com/kb/486332. If you have questions or need assistance contact your local Dell EMC Field Representative and they will work with you to schedule a time to come on site and work with you. Also for more information on Call-Home notifications and system reporting refer the VPLEX Administration Guide for the GeoSynchrony version running on the VPLEX. The Admin guide is found using Dell EMC Support online, https://www.dell.com/support/search.
