PS Get-ClusterNetwork cmd
Go to Start -> Administrative Tools -> Windows PowerShell modules to load all the PowerShell modules and then you should be able to run these commands. Or alternatively be sure to import the WFC PS module using the following command:
Import-Module FailoverClusters
