SCv2020, vCenter works until the system is turned off and on

I have a question for DELL experts.
I bought a Dell Storage SCv2020 with SAS and 2 pcs of Dell R740. And VMWare Essentials plus.
I would like to implement the system as DELL recommends.
I have implemented the Storage according to the instructions:
http://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/storage-sc2000_deployment-guide_en-us.pdf
I encountered a problem with the point:

I install vSphere 6.7 ESXi Host.

I made the HBA SAS settings according to the instructions:

I Have:

I can not do the correct vCenter Server Appliance installation.
I'm installing on the ESXi2 host.

It only works to turn the system off and on.

I have the latest BIOS update and HBA cards:

How should I install vCenter by DELL?
Which one you would install:
vCenter Server Appliance?
vCenter Server for Windows? On another physical machine?
How do you do it?
Please help.
