UEFI Firmware Settings missing in my laptop

I have Dell Inspiron 15R 5537,. i installed Windows 8 and yesterday updated it inot window 10. although my PC is working fine but some of the softwares i cannot run they are asking me to go to the UEFI Firmware Settings, but in my laptop this setting is not coming in my pc under the advanced startup options. It is missing, I contacted to Microsoft  team regarding this issue they said you sould contact to the dell technical team, so please guide me. Is there a method or driver that allows for enabling the UEFI Firmware Settings menu entry?

Why I am facing this issue, what should I do to enable UEFI Firmware Settings.?
