How can I see what file was removes in the Support Assist Virus scan that comes with Premium Plus.

I don't use Dell's Support Assist Premium Plus (paid subscription), but my understanding is that it includes a 24/7 phone support for any issues like this. You should give them a call.

Windows 10 Pro (64- Bit): Same protection plus Windows Defender AV.
